ESTATE SALES

As you may have read in other sections, our goal when it comes to selling your estate items is to get out of it what you are looking for with your own individual goals and needs in mind (timeline, quantity, type of sale, etc....).  Please contact us to allow us to help you find the best method for you.

Having a stand alone online auction is how we will likely advise most people to do.  Partially because we can advertise and market it this way.  However, if the estate is not very large, we might recommend combining it with other estates and/or including it with our monthly online auction.  One of the keys to selling items for better prices is to be sure you have interested buyers and a larger population of bidders will help us and you get a better return on what you are looking to sell.

This many be a better method of selling if the estate is smaller so that we can increase the number of potential buyers.

This is the least desirable way of selling stuff unless selling from the actual  estate is the only option (can still potentially sell online if estate is secure) and/or if there are a large number of items including large things like cars, trailers, equipment, etc....  There are additional costs of going live like people to work at it, time, equipment, but if this is the best method for you or how you prefer to go, we can make this happen as well.
