FIREARM SALES

Mike is a licensed firearms dealer with a Federal Firearms License as obtained through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and is currently licensed through September of 2024

If you have weapons that you are looking to sell through ACES, you will need to arrange with Mike transfer of your firearm to him, determine the amount you would like to sell it for and any commission fees that will be taken out of the sale price for the service of the sale.

Firearms can also be sold individually as part of an estate, either in the consignment format and/or through online or live auction.  Note - there are a lot of details and limitations to sales depending on the state, age and other specifics of the potential buyer.  Not all buyers can be sold to because of these factors.

 When you purchase a firearm, you will be required to pass a NICS check.  Plan on spending some time filling out the required paperwork to obtain a firearm and subsequent time for the background check to occur (done online or via the web at time of purchase).   $25 will be charged for the paperwork/transfer at the time of pickup or shipment for each firearm.
